No returns, exchanges, or order modifications once placed. Please double-check all details before checking out.


We may offer an exchange if your situation makes sense. In those rare cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping; we cover the cost of sending the exchange.


SHIPPING

Orders ship once all items in your order are in stock.


Most in-stock items ship within 1-4 business days.


You’ll receive tracking info via email once your package ships.


We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

ADDRESS ISSUES

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


If a package is returned to us:


We’ll reach out by email.


If we don’t hear back within 10 business days, we’ll refund the order minus shipping and a $15 restocking fee.


DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at ltsrcteam@gmail.com with:


Your order number.

Clear photos of the item and packaging.


If something is missing, it may be shipping separately or be out of stock — we’ll contact you and refund if needed.


LOST PACKAGES

You have up to 60 days from the ship date to report a lost package for possible compensation. Email us with your order number and shipping address.

Orders cannot be changed but can be cancelled once placed.


When will my order ship?

Once all items are in stock. Want faster delivery? Place separate orders for in-stock items.


Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. In rare cases, we may offer an exchange — contact us if you believe your case applies.


Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

No. Orders are processed and shipped individually.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please email us at ltsrcteam@gmail.com to arrange international orders. Please note that international shipping fees will be higher.


I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us.


What if my item is out of stock after I order?

We’ll notify you and refund the item.

You’re charged at checkout, including for any pre-order items.


How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

Click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email.


JEWELRY CARE

Avoid water, perfume, lotion, or harsh chemicals.


Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, ideally in the original pouch or box.


Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear to preserve the finish.


MATERIALS & PLATING

We primarily use Stainless Steel & 925 sterling silver. Each product page specifies materials. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please read carefully or reach out with questions.


SIZING & FIT

We currently do not offer custom sizing.

For rings, we recommend getting sized professionally or using an online ring size guide.

Bracelet and necklace lengths are listed in each product description.
